Routine & experience

Our lawyers have substantial experience as in-house or general counsel. The proximity to our largest clients all along has allowed us to get acquainted with all aspects of business law in daily application.

Expert knowledge in M&A & real estate transactions

Our focus on M&A as well as real estate transactions has fostered our expertise regarding joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. Partnerships must be carefully prepared and negotiated. How are shareholder contributions defined and their fulfillment ensured? How will future capital requirements be met? Which separation regime shall apply if the mutual trust of the partners should come to an end?

Efficient network & rapid implementation

In this context, we also provide ongoing advice on reorganization and restructuring efforts of all kinds – often in cooperation with accompanying tax advisors. We are therefore in a position to implement requirements quickly, purposefully and efficiently within the given deadlines and to assess arising legal issues (in particular compliance with capital maintenance regulations).
