Sonja Ott is an independent lawyer associated with b-legal. After completing her studies she worked and became partner in a renowned insolvency law firm in Vienna. Her focus is corporate and company law as well as M&A transactions and restructurings. She also advises clients on real estate and general civil law, trademark and employment law.
